Mike listened to my concerns and took me for a test drive so he could learn more about the issue. He brought the car back to the shop and had Daniel put the car on the lift to look more closely. Both Mika and Daniel were kind and respectful as they examined the problem and educated me about what was happening. This was the second time this happened within the past year with the same technician. I really used to like this place but the people who work at this location don't seem to value customer service much these days. I will not be going back there for brakes or oil changes.
