"My 2014 Cayman S suddenly started dripping a very small amount of oil. I phoned Steve and we set up an appointment for me to bring my car in. Steve explained that sometimes the Caymans would leak a little oil because of a clogged valve, but he would know better once he had it on the lift. I left the car, and waited for him to call. A few hours later, Steve called and explained that the oil was dipping from around the oil pan plug. He pulled the plug (quickly), and replaced the washer on the plug. Steve explained that the aluminum washer has to compress a specific amount in order to seal correctly. I had changed the oil myself and used an aftermarket washer, and it was a fraction too thick to compress the right amount. Steve replaced the washer, re-torqued the plug, washed the small amount of oil off the underside of my car, and told me to let let him know if it was still dripping. He sent me home with the leak fixed, and charged me nothing for the work! A week later, still no drip, so I'm calling this fixed. Great work, and very friendly, and knowledgeable. I'll be bringing my car back to him again, when it needs work."
