"They did not fully install our gym. They left the floor to the gym in my garage since May (6 months ago). I’ve called multiple times and left a message. No one has returned my call. This is the first review I have ever left in my life. I just don’t know what else to do Update to the owners response. I’ve called the right number. Multiple times. I’ve texted you on the number you have listed. Multiple times."

"I brought my almost one year old here. I love the idea of an indoor play space for the winter and Timbergyms has lots of big, fun and quality pieces to play on. The bounce house is especially fun! It was also helpful to have a designated spot for a snack break! Since my son is on the younger side, I will wait to return again in a year or two. There are several Fisher Price Style play places that were just his size like mini-houses, kitchens and even a tool desk but no toys to go with them. There also were a few things that could have used new batteries, a professional cleaning or a complete replacement. I think this is a great place for kids ages 3-10 but for younger kids the price just doesn't match the experience. There isn't enough to do for young kids to need an unlimited timeframe. I love the convenience of open play and will definitely visit when my son is older. The staff member present was also very friendly!"

"Brought my 3 year old as we were considering having a birthday party here this winter. I'm really glad we visited before booking. I don't think anything has been cleaned in years. Piles of dust and dirt on the equipment, floor, dried up spilled drinks on play kitchen. I would not feel comfortable serving food here. Missing hand rails on equipment. Staff busy watching YouTube videos entire time we were there. Bounce house has zero lighting, very dark. Reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because my toddler enjoyed it, but the slides were too big for her and scared her. I definitely don't think this is "all ages" friendly, more like 5-10 year olds."

"We had my son’s birthday party here today. I will have another party here. They were amazing. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a party. You can’t beat the price for what you get and they do literally everything for you. I was widowed less than a year ago so the thought of a birthday party was a big anxiety for me. They took all of the anxiety out. Adults relax and take pictures while the staff takes care of everything. The kids all had a blast with every activity. I definitely think this is the best place in the area."

"Clever idea to advertise products by turning a store into kids playarea. The space itself should be refurbished or at least professionally cleaned and given new lick of paint. The toilet should definitely be entirely upgraded. Plenty of parking space and friendly and very helpful staff."
