"Pablo organized a quick and efficient repair on my car after I drove over a very large rock in a mud slide on 84! I was dreading the estimate. He called and explained all the charges and the reasons for them. In less than 24 hrs my car went from the tow truck back to me! I’ve used this Pep Boys often for maintenance but this was great service!"

"Pep Boys in Berlin really went above and beyond today. I dropped my car off for an oil change and they called to let me know that my valve cover gasket was leaking, which they fixed quickly and for a very fair price. They were kind enough to take care of a couple lights that needed replacing as well, and to top it off, every single time I’ve had my oil changed at a different shop they forgot to reset my oil life percentage. Seeing that done when I picked up my car tonight may seem minor but really was a sign of great service to me compared to other places I’ve been. Couldn’t be happier with today’s experience - thank you to everyone working today."

"Terrible place with incompetent employees I’ve made 8:30 am appointment for tires changeover. I’ve arrived a few minutes after 8 am. A woman helped me check in. I told her that I will be waiting for the car. I sat down and patiently waited. Around 9:10 am I went outside and I saw my car still parked where I left it. So I went back in and asked a gentleman who happened to be at the check in desk, why my car isn’t being worked on 45 minutes after my appointment time. At first his nonchalant response was “I don’t know what she promised you, but we have other cars to work on and when we’ve finished we’ll get to your car.” Then he said that my car was next with an “I couldn’t care less” attitude mentioning that it would be “soon”. I asked him what’s the point of making an appointment if they were not going to honor it. He said again that he had other cars to work on and something about being short of staff. So I asked him why wouldn’t t someone tell me that they won’t get to my car on time so I wouldn’t have to waste my time and wait. I understand things happen. But the lack of common courtesy of telling someone that the business is running late on appointments on time is inexcusable. I could have gotten an Uber go home and run my errands."

"Terrible experience. Poor customer service. Treated me as if I was doing them a favor for going there. Pricing completed online did not match at check out and I had to argue for them to honor their system’s pricing (itemization matched exactly, but their in store charges were higher). I booked appointment for 10:30 but car wasn’t ready until 5:30 (4 tires and an alignment). They gave me an attitude when I called after 5 hours for a status update."
