"Can not recommend this company enough. Not only did they fix my television they were super friendly and knowledgeable. If you need your television fixed look not further. A++++"
"Kevin and Tech TV are awesome. Had a non-working LG OLED TV that had a 3rd party extended warranty. The warranty company was awful to work with, but Kevin was able to come out to my home promptly, diagnosed and fixed the TV on the spot at a reasonable price. Super friendly, courteous, and professional. He apparently also sells and installs LG TV's as well. Worth giving him a call."
"Own an LG Oled83G2. Had issues with pixel clean. The retailer and LG sent 6 different techs on 10 different occasions. None could fix including LG in-house tech. Finally LG sent Kevin of Tech Television. He called before he came out and asked for a description of the problem. Then he researched the service bulletins. Came out to the house with the correct diagnoses and part in hand. Rare combination; he listens, he's knows his products, he does his homework. Highest possible recommendation."
"I had to give one star to post. I would of gave them no stars.I went there a few days ago.The shop is closed down absolutely empty. The owner of a shop in the same little plaza gave me the Tech owners number said they work out 9f their house give them a call. I called and left a message . They didnot respond. I went to Dels in Waterbury but they dont repair plasma tvs anymore so I ended up just takeing my TV to my city dump and throwing it away. Not gonna keep driveing around CT to get a TV fixed."
"LG sent them my repair order for a higher end 65β OLED 4K that I recently purchased but developed vertical lines. Repair and scheduling was smooth. Replacement of oled panel completed within the hour. Most of the time was waiting for parts prior to the appointment. Great job folks."
