"Mike and Chris were great on the snake! However we hired Roto router to not only snake, but also bring out a camera and locater as we wanted to inspect our pipes out to our septic tank and locate it. The dispatcher who initially spoke to us said not a problem we offer those services. Mike when he arrived also said not a problem and notified us that the camera was running a little behind. It would be later in the day on Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday mid day I called said the camera crew was dispatched nobody called or showed. Wednesday I received a call that the camera was running behind and it would be Thursday. I just followed up and was told the camera is only a courtesy for their crew and they are not obligated to camera and do not offer locate services and they were sorry but their staff just miss spoke. Buyer beware!"
