"I have been to Cortigiano & Son, Inc. twice. On both occasions I have experienced amazing customer service and great pricing. I had taken my car in because of a sound I was hearing under the hood. Dan was nice enough to see me immediately on a Saturday. He took a test drive with me in order to get a feel for the problem. After the test drive, Dan put the car on the lift and performed some cleaning of the parts that he believed were the problem areas. Then, we took another test drive. It turned out no major repairs were required. Despite the time he spent with my car, he did not charge me for the troubleshooting. Dan could not have been more accommodating. He gave it to me straight and explained that Cortigiano & Son, Inc. never replaces parts just to replace parts, hoping to find the problem. I have since taken my car to Dan for brakes. My car was serviced the same day and I have had no problems with the work. Dan is a very nice person. He is knowledgeable and has extremely reasonable prices.
