"Absolutely the best full services marine company I’ve ever encountered. They can do it all! They just finished a near full restoration of my 1986 Grady with all new electrical and electronics. Their estimate beat the local competitors by $1000’s. Then Diandra and her team did a bow to stern, top to bottom detail which made the boat look new. It glistens in the Sun. Just so proud of the whole crew! With boat prices thru the roof, call my man Jesse today & have’em do yours. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed."
"OMG there is no better team than breakwater for my seakeeper and generator issues. The folks that answer the phones are technical and knowledgeable. They get out to the boat fast and their worse is top notch and flawless. They have even upgrade some of the factory parts to better than original. Formula boat under factory warranty, so glad to have these folks keep me running. Anyone rating these guys less than 4 stars is a troll or worse..."
"Unfortunately the service/professionalism has completely vanished. We rented a slip for 3 seasons, winter stored with them with heated storage, spent 10k plus in maintenance work. Our boat was damaged yr 1 with deep scratches that appeared to from lift and wind issues, Breakwater completely passed the buck saying it wasn't there issue it was Crockers because they owned the lift. They refused to address the issue. Note we payed Breakwater not Crockers. We moved on from that because the location was perfect for us.3 yrs later we called to pay our slip fee and were told by manager, Jesse decided not to send you a contract. THATs Right MAY 1 TOLD UNFORTUNATELY HE PUT A BOAT IN YOUR SLIP THAT SPENT OVER 100K over the winter on a sea keeper ect.....so apparently you get slips based on how much $ you spend over the winter, not to mention the fact we were never notified of his decision and he refused to ever call us back to explain the situation. I WOULD NEVER GiVE THIS COMPANY A DOLLAR OF MY BUSINESS AGAIN....NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER, they have lost 2 office managers over the last 1.5 yrs do to Jesse's lack of professionalism, and each occurrence the exiting staff are blamed for for the lack of integrity....."
"Becareful with this place... I was referred to these guys by the person who made my boat name sign. They gave an estimate stating it would take 16 hours to do the job. They thought it would take that long since this was their first sign install. I told them that 16 hours is way to long to install the sign. I was told by the gentleman that made my sign it shouldn't take more than 8 hours to install it. Their employee told me if it they over estimated the time it would he would reduce the estimated hours. Well it took only 9 hours to complete, but when I received their invoice I was billed for 18 hours. Their reasoning was because they sent two people to do the install so it would be double the time. Neither their employee, or they themselves had ever stated their hourly rate was based per person and it was never stated on the invoice either. You figure their rate is per job like everyone else. When I called them to state I had an issue with the invoice. They told me to talk to their lawyer and hung up the phone on me. Who in their right mind would pay $270 an hour for a boat name installation? If they ever stated it was per person I would have never agreed to have them do the install. Be careful with Breakwater Marine Services, and their shady business practices. I will never do business with these guys ever again. If I could of given them less than one star I would."
"Unbelievable. I get referred to these guys by MarineMax to work on my Kohler generator. They take all my boat info and serial numbers and schedule an appointment. The day before the appointment I send an email requesting the time the tech will be at my boat. The scheduler tells me that an emergency has come up and all the appointments for the week have been canceled but I will be next the following week. Well that comes and I don’t hear anything from them so I call. They tell me there must be a misunderstanding because they don’t work on generators !!! Beware, I’m not certain they are even a real company !!!"
