When I asked to please have a breakdown of the bill- he only wrote the final price- totally ripped me off to change a connection in the washer - $700! I looked up in Amazon for the part he replaced and it was $48- So for his service and 30 minutes they charged $650- Never again!"

"The plumber that came out tried hard to fix the clog but couldn’t get to it and charged me $850. No break down of what the charges were for. Whatever you do, do not let their mitigation team into your home! Pushy salesman got me to sign a contract and wanted to start water damage demolition before I even spoke to my insurance agent. Plus he called and made the claim for me. Terrible experience!"
