"I have used “Off the Hook” twice. Once for a kindle issue and once for a computer issue. Both times things were done within a reasonable time and reasonable price. The computer issue the big box store wanted $400-500, insisting on doing more work than we wanted done. They did it for 1/4 of the price only doing what was really needed."
