But I called Keith’s, and Keith picked up and was able to squeeze me in and go for a quick ride to see what the issue was. Turns out, it was a simple fix of my tire running up against some metal, and Keith fixed it within a minute and all my worries were gone. "I had a small exhaust leak that got much worse while I was on away on vacation. I went to start it and my SUV sounded like a motorcycle. I called Keith’s and I was told to come down and we would go from there. After a diagnosis I was able to return about an hour later for the repair. I truly thought I was going to be out hundreds of dollars. I was prepared for the worst. I was quoted a fair price for the exhaust repair, much much less than I had anticipated .I was able to wait a short time while it was fixed. Thank you so much for your help today. "I was shopping for a used car in the area and brought it to Keith. He found $3,000 worth of problems that would eventually need fixing and saved me a big future headache. He also did a great job of explaining in detail exactly what was wrong and what it meant. He was able to fit me in on short notice and he charged a very low, reasonable fee for this compared to other neaeby shops I had talked to. If I lived closer he would be my regular mechanic."

"Keith does a great job! The prices are fair and he is transparent about costs up front. He never pressures you into maintenance that is not needed. Most importantly, he is professional, kind, and is good at communicating what is going on with your vehicle. He remembered that I go by Katie - not Kathryn, like it says on my vehicle registration, - he takes time for his customers, and seems to genuinely and strongly care that his customers are being taken care of. He is definitely smart and knowledgeable. I trust him with my car (a big complement), and I don't see myself going anywhere else for service any time soon! Edit: I have continued to see Keith for auto servicing since my last review. Everything I said above is still true, and I continue to be impressed with the service I receive. As an example, last week my check engine light came on. Rather than have me try to find time to come in with my busy schedule and pay for him to run the diagnostic, he asked some questions over the phone and talked me through some steps I could take to see if we could rule out some simple and cheap potential issues. Turns out my gas cap was no longer fitting properly. I spent all of $35 at a dealership for a new one. I am so thankful he took the time to work through the issue with me, rather than just having me come in for the maintenance fees, as other places have done in the past!"
