"I didn't get the woman's name, but I had reserved a Penske truck at this location, I was running 15 minutes late - I called this company and the woman on the line said " I'm not staying an extra 15 minutes, if you can't get here before that I am leaving". This caused me to have to go to another STATE to get a truck!! I ended up getting a larger truck- meaning more gas through my trip -in the hundreds because this was from Ct to a lower southern state. I had my phone on speaker so I'm not the only one who heard how rude & disrespectful this woman was. DO NOT rely on them to work with you."

This industry is popul;ated by Bait & Switch artists posting low prices that truckers won't accept..Marvel doesn't disclose this and lures you away from U-ship where performance is mandatory. They collect deposits up-front and then try to find a trucker. In my case two weeks later, no driver. Difficult refund."
