"Recall on window shield and sunroof replaced. I’ve been scheduled every month except March for replacement but every time I am scheduled there has been no available loaner. I will be out of town from April 15 to 22 so I wouldn’t need a loner. Can I get it done during that week? I would have to drop it off on the 14th and pick it up on the 23rd. It is very difficult to get ahold of anyone besides a salesman at this establishment. It didn’t used to be that way. I have been waiting for a part for the drivers door since May 2021 which I’m told has not come in. I am a loyal ford (70 years) or Lincoln customer who feels very frustrated. Update: November 2023 still no part,"
