"Excellent service! My xps 13 was dead and I took it to them. Both Steve and Dan are extremely professional and friendly. They keep me in the loop and informed me how much it's going to cost. They also provided their honest opinion about whether it's worth fixing it or to get a new one. I decided to keep it and they fixed it. Within a week I accidentally deleted some operating system files. I took it there again and Steve fixed it right away and didn't even charge anything.
