He explained some other things to me about what was happening that showed he was knowledgeable. Bobby walked me through all my options and listened to my concerns and financial stresses. I needed an oil change and a few minor things to be looked at, fuses and lights etc… The owner and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I went in late one day, just around the time they were closing. They were very busy as it was right around the holidays, but they made sure to listen to my needs and we scheduled an appointment a few weeks out. I dropped the car off in the morning of the scheduled date and got a call back mid afternoon that it was ready. I was informed in detail of all the work that was performed on the car. Now, I’m not a car geek so I can’t bore you with the proper lingo but I can tell you that they made me feel valued and appreciated.
