Reviews
"Love this Cigar Store! All of the staff is always so knowledgeable on each brand. They even have their own brand of cigars that is top tier for sure. Definitely the best in town!"
"Amazing selection of hand rolled cigars! Their own blends are comparable to any name brand out there and they carry a lot of award winning notable cigars as well. They're conveniently located inside The Westchester mall, steps from the Neiman Marcus parking garage and right next to the indoor golf lounge on the 2nd floor. If you have been enjoying cigars for years or even if you want to start your aficionado journey, I highly recommend Connecticut Shade luxury cigars!"
"Victor was knowledgeable and helpful. We picked out a variety of house blend cigars for my upcoming tailgate and new home humidor"
"This place is definitely a hidden gem within the Westchester Mall for discerning cigar connoisseurs with great customer service. The space alone feels very high class with wooden standing cedar humidors, separated into categories of body and wrapper shade, spaced amongst white walls and wooden floor that lets you know there is enjoyment to be had the moment you walk in. As for the wares, their approach is pretty awesome to see - a curated selection of cigars from AJ Fernandez, Liga, Montecristo, and a few others, some of which were discontinued and pretty hard to find. My favorite, though, happens to be their House cigars, which not only are super high quality and delicious for the price (i.e. US Grown Connecticut for I believe was $8), they pay homage to the Cuban heritage of using cloth ribbons instead of paper bands. They even go as far to make sure that the cigars are aged 6 months minimum before they become available for purchase. That touch of nuance is hard to beat. If needed, they also have cigar cutters, lighters, matches, and personal humidors for purchase, too. To top it off, Jeremy and Chris, whom run the shop, sealed the deal from the start with their hospitality and incredible knowledge of the trade. I knew the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and sincerity you can only feel when someone has passion behind their business. I left both having learned more about the cigar world and with a few beautiful cigars for me to enjoy, accompanied by a cedar split for me to use to light. I'll definitely be coming back here soon!"
