I was frustrated when they listed an excessive number of repairs for my car ($1,000+), almost all of which my regular mechanic later confirmed were frivolous. Thousands of miles later, and none of those things have presented as any kind of issue. A year later, they contacted me, and I told them I wasn't happy with the service. I was told I would be taken off their list. More than 2 years after that, I get a spam text for a promotion, which confirms they still have my number. While I'm glad many seem to have a good experience, I don't trust them."
