"I have been a customer of Guilford Texaco for a while now. They have always been very up front, honest and clear about what work needs to be done and the costs associated with that work. Their work has been consistently good and generally done faster than expected. I genuinely feel they work WITH me to get repairs completed, not just to get my money. This has never been more true than my most recent service where a faulty part caused me to bring my car back to be repaired for something they already fixed. I told them I was bringing the car back because the same issue was occurring. They took it, checked it out, found it was a faulty part, and covered it under warranty. I didn't have to ask, they simply took care of it. This is the mark of a business that earns 5 star reviews. They do good work very consistently, and when there is a problem with that work (however rarely) they make sure it is made right. I don't think you can go wrong choosing to have them work on your car."
