"My daughter is a student at UHart and is about 10 hours from us, her parents. When she had trouble putting air into one of her tires, she tried a couple of different gas station air pumps to no avail. I looked up "tire service" and "West Hartford" and Modern Tire WH was one of the first to pop up and had stellar ratings. So, I relayed the location and she headed over. She got a friendly greeting, was listened to as she explained her problem, and the tech immediately went out to do a visual inspection. He immediately found a small piece of rubber inside of the tire stem, pulled it out, and filled up her tire - no charge. Folks like this tech and businesses like Modern Tire need to know what a relief it is to parents of children studying far from home that thoughtful, considerate, and understanding professionals who treat customers with respect and kindness still exist.
