"I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received at Seasons Pool and Patio! Cheryl and Dan are extremely knowledgeable about their spas, and it is very apparent they have done extensive research on their products. I was searching for a high quality, energy-efficient hot tub and the other dealers paled in comparison when it came down to taking the time and giving me the details that I needed. The entire team was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. I would highly recommend visiting their shop if you’re in the market for a spa!"
"We had an in-ground pool that needed a complete renovation. New pipes, sand reworked, new liner, and all new equipment. Moy was absolutely amazing in the field and a pleasure to have around. Mike and Seth were always there when I reached out with any questions. The whole team was very knowledgeable and answered any and every question we had. I highly recommend them and can’t wait to purchase our hot tub soon."
"Seasons was awesome! We have a large L shaped pool and in one day, Moy and Cole got the liner installed. Any issues were addressed and fixed quickly. We highly recommend them!!"
"Outstanding customer service! Hired this company due to a postcard showing up in my mailbox at the beginning of the summer. I just happened to need a new pool liner this year so I figured I’d give them a shot. Seth and Mike both outstanding professionals. I have been 100% satisfied and most recently was having difficulty balancing the pool chemicals most likely due to all the rain and Seth showed up today to the rescue. I am so very grateful for this company….I highly recommend.!!"
"My Mom (regretfully) hired Seasons Pool and Patio to replace the liner in her inground pool. The result is a brand new Merlin liner installed with a huge, very noticeable, divot on the deep end hopper where it slopes upward from the very bottom. The divot was created while the pool was filled with water from the 3 inch hose directed at this spot. And although the installers noticed the divot and realized it was due to the hose from the water tanker not using any kind of diverter to help spread out the water, they did nothing to stop and correct or fix the problem. The installer apparently tried to get the attention of the tank truck operator, but said he was on his cell phone, and wouldn’t respond. Really? So the installer called Mike back at the store and told him about the situation. Mike told us a few days later that he called the owner of the water tanker service while they were still filling the pool… but nothing came out of it and they never called my Mom or anyone else and never did anything about it! They continued to fill the pool with 4 more tanker trucks full of water. Did they think no one would notice? We noticed the problem the next day, after the pool was filled and the water had calmed down. We later went to the store to talk to Mike… but nothing came from it except a lot of finger pointing between Seasons and the water supplier. Meanwhile, my 87 year old mother is left with a new liner in her pool with a very noticeable divot in the deep end. My Mom (again, regretfully) paid them in full after assurances that the liner would not have a problem going forward…, they said it was just a minor aesthetics issue. Very poor response and result from these guys. Additionally, when he came to look at the pool and give a quote, Seth told us that the coping around the pool would not be touched. So we were quite surprised when all of it was removed during the removal of the old liner. Removal of the coping broke most of the plastic spacers separating and acting as finish trim pieces between the coping pieces. This was understandable due to the age of them, and would have been OK if they had talked to us about it and offered some options - which we told them we would have paid for. Instead, after the new liner was in place, they just went ahead and re-installed the coping without the plastic spacers/trim. They installed them in a very haphazard fashion with some large spaces between some and some actually touching each other such that a plastic trim would never fit. They installed the corner pieces crooked and although they were the only pieces of the coping that were supposed to be screwed down to the pool walls, one of the corner copings was left completely loose – not screwed down at all! They were ready to cut one of the coping pieces to make them all fit and my sister stopped them. It looked terrible, very poor workmanship! We had asked about getting new trim pieces and Seth told us "Unfortunately, with the age of the pool, finding those spacers would be incredibly difficult. They're not in stock at any of my vendors. It would also put the project on hold until spacers are found if they even could be." It took me less than 10 minutes online to find the trim pieces in stock at a very reasonable price – so we ordered them for my Mom. Very surprising given their “years of experience”. When we went to the store to talk to Mike about the installation of the coping. After giving us the same story of our “very old pool” and they did the best they could, he told us to let him know when we got the new trim pieces and they would “take care of it”. Later, when we told them the trim pieces were in, he sent us a quote for $150/hr to have them installed and the coping pieces installed and spaced correctly - as they should have been initially! Needless to say, we are very disappointed with Seasons Pool and Patio on Boston Rd and will not use them again. We had hoped for much better. They initially seemed like really nice guys!"
