"Brought my daughter's brand new youth large jacket to be embroidered at the shop. Was given back a used youth medium jacket with my daughter's info on it. Multiple calls to the shop because the employee forgot to call me back. Just to have him tell me they don't have her original coat and won't rectify the issue. Terrible customer service!"
