"Definitely the last time I order from here - it’s frustrating wasting money on requesting extra food and they give you barely even a normal amount. It’s gross. The quality of the food doesn’t make up for the high price and horrible service. Sticking with Teriyaki One from now on."

"I’ve been here many times. Last time I went there was very little protein in my sushi roll, mostly rice. This time I asked for eel sauce, the woman at the register looked me dead in the eye and said there is no more as I’m looking at a 75% full bottle on the back counter. The other guy making the food was very rude as well. One lady was kind enough to get it for me….. thank you to her and no one else."

"So first...the food was nice. It was my first time so I guess I didn't know what to expect. They served the meal and left it open on the counter for you to take and close yourself. While that may be okay for some people...for me that was not very hygienic. I would have preferred they close it after all they are serving the meal right in front of you and you can see for yourself what is being put into the dish. Otherwise it was good."

"The food is great which is why I give it a 4 star. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lady on the cash register bad attitude. She presents herself as very impatient and unapproachable, she was giving me attitude because I was indecisive on what sushi I want in my bento box. She makes u feel uncomfortable to ask for any changes on your order because she will make a fuss about it. That’s not giving good customer service at all, she needs to learn how to talk and treat customers with kindness and patience, which she lacks on. I been a customer going to this place for over 5 years so I don’t appreciate her bad attitude."
