"The employees are friendly while displaying impressive customer service skills and a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, they don't have what I am searching for; in other words, I would have to buy the house blends. The blends can get pretty pricey; however, the wide selection and incredible flavors make it worth buying. What amazes me is how they will go above and beyond and help you out in need which no other vape shop will do. This place is one of a kind."

"If your looking for a place to sell your unwanted gold, diamonds, or other precious metals this is the place to go! They have always paid me top dollar not just say they did. I know alot about what precious metal prices are and they came pretty close. WAY better then going to a pawn shop. This place is legit and the employees are good people, laid back and quiet not asking you 1000 things and making you feel uncomfortable like thoes weird vape hippie guys with twirled mustache. Like that doesn't look good cut it immediately lol. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the 2 vape machines I bought broke within a week and there is no return policy but for the most part this is the place you can relay on."

"Started going there last summer, prices were fair , however over the last month when I've stopped in the price had changed, it had gone up (again), and on the same product I always purchased. The man I talked to was very defensive, dismissive and could care less really to my concerns. By the end of our conversation, which was going nowhere, I decided not to purchase the product, and he basically told me to go buy it elsewhere which I'll have to pay more for. Nice guy! He's obviously not interested in keeping good and returning customers. I'll gladly go elsewhere and pay more if need be instead of being treated like an inconvenience. I felt my questions were legitimate regarding why the prices were constantly going up. Definitely never going there again along with my family and friends. Boycott rude businesses and people who work there. UPDATE/ANSWER. I will not delete. You lied and are lying about them costing $20-30 at other stores near by. NOT TRUE!! I found them across the street at the liquor store for $15 and at the local convenient store for $15.99. Even the vape shop down on Main Street, East Haven carries my Juul pods and quoted me $16.99 over the phone. NTM you were rude, very dismissive and adamant about your costs. You can find them cheaper and at a fair price people."

"I bought 2 batteries. The charger wouldn't work on either. I had to make a stink to get another charger, which also didn't work. They said the top of the battery was stripped from juice sitting in it. So juice melts metal? The other tank didn't work, but I never used it. I know what I bought was on the low end, but if it doesnt work or a juice will make it not fit the charger...maybe don't sell it"

"The only vape store that I will buy from, although I been in many others. There stores are the only one that has a house brand of over 100 different flavors. There house juices to me are better than any name brand kind out there. Especially the Green Apple and Jolly Rancher Watermelon. Plenty of mods, tanks, and accessories too. Always have my coils also. Can't beat them!!!!!!!"
