"Arnold saved us! Our car broke down in the middle of the road late at night and Arnold's shop was the only one around for miles that was willing to come tow us. They also did a great repair job and ended up charging us less than they originally quoted because Arnold found a simpler, cost-effective way to make a fix. Efficient, trustworthy, reliable."

"So I found this garage to get an emissions test done, required for CT. While I was there I decide to have my brakes looked at, I'm planning a trip and I bought the vehicle without service records. They came back stating the brake pads were very worn and should be replaced. They could get me in right away... I decided to do the work myself, thanked them and paid the 30.00 for the inspection. A week later when I pulled off the rear wheels where the worst wear was suppose to be, I found pads with better then half life. And to make matters worse the lugs on the passenger side of the vehicle were just snugged, Just the weight of the beaker bar spun the lug's. So I was provided with paperwork/receipt for the work performed, That I didn't look at before finding this out. And conveniently it say's only brake inspection.... Nothing about worn pads as verbally communicated to me."

"A big garage in a small town equals steady business. Great if you want to drop a vehicle for service, but if you have to wait, it's cramped. In summer, there's an outside bench, but in cold or rain, a few seats in a narrow hall leave a lot to be desired. Staff is great, usually friendly, and helpful. Good news is there's a Dunkin' Donuts next door!"

"Called AAA, had 2 hour wait time. Went outside at this time to wait for driver. 10 minutes later returned inside and had voicemail from driver. Called back, was told by driver that my address didn't exist (shows up on GPS) and my road wasn't plowed (just plowed). "I'm going home. I'm done. I'm not coming out." Explained I had no way to get home. He complained that he had been on hold with AAA for too long, had a long day, and refused to come to my location. I am now stranded with a dead battery and no way to get home. Lovely."
