"General good selection of smoke and vape products. Employee was patient and helpful. I think their cigar selection is most notable. There may be stores with a slightly wider vape product selection, and selection of home roll tobacco bags. However this store doesn't skimp out on anything."
"Would have given a better star standing if the guy behind the counter wasn't rude when I said you have a lot of variety to choose from and he quoted " Well I'm not going to stand around and wait" lost a good customer. Won't be coming back for that comment regardless of it's your job or not, you should never tell a customer that comes there often that you won't be standing around waiting because you can't choose a vape, because you have multiple different kinds and there's a lot to look at. That's very disappointing and very rude."
".. called about some coils the guy said they didn’t have any but never even checked. Showed up in person they did have them. I then bought the coils and some juice.. This guy sold me a bottle of juice that expired in 2020. Its 2022, that means the juice was made around 2018 approximately considering juice expired roughly around the 2 year mark. Just overall bad customer service and obviously don’t understand much about vaping."
