"Cool guys that work there, very helpful. They do seem to hover over you if your in there by yourself."
"Great clothes, great deals. If you wanna find something unique and stylish, this is the place."
"Decent clothing options with decent prices. But with Me being a black minority, regardless of how many times I’ve bought clothes out the store I can never catch a break. From the second I walk in they’ll go from sitting behind the counter to all of a sudden walking around & folding clothes right beside me, when I catch on and I re locate to another part of the store somewhere even farther form the entrance I’m still being followed. If I can’t find what I’m looking for and I’m taking longer than usual they’ll CONTINUOUSLY as me for my size then pull out random clothes as if they wanna me to hurry & buy something so I can leave. Just a very uncomfortable shopping experience everytime, if you know the energy of being racially profiled, you’ll feel it once you walk in."
"The store has a good variety of clothing and some unique designs that I haven't found anywhere else. If you're looking to do some clothes shopping in the downtown New Haven, CT area and want to support a black owned business, this place is worth a look!"
"I've been going to this store when long tees were in style. Back in 2002 they were a great store and until this day they still are. These guys have been in business for a very long time. I love stable black business that stay open. This is the store that matches our urban community. For a hard working minority with not so great income I can pay all of my bills and still come in here with $10 and not be disappointed."
