"In today's visit to the New Haven store, I exchanged a purchase that shrank when I washed and dried it recently. In addition to being extremely helpful, the staff was also very friendly and courteous. In addition to the fact that I was able to exchange the product, Allison was also able to assist me in finding other gifts for my coworkers and loved ones for Christmas. To top it all off, I was able to save 15% by opening a credit card (distributed by Citibank, my favorite financial institution). Additionally, I was able to get the "Sherpa Throw" for $29 for purchases over $75, which is amazing! I am thrilled to announce that I am now an official member of the L.L. Bean family. I'd like to conclude by praising Allison for the outstanding customer service that she provided. All I needed was her vibrant personality, attention to details based on customer needs, and her warm and welcoming attitude to make my visit memorable. Thank you, Allison and team.
