"The customer service here is trash. The owner doesn’t know the first thing about running a business. I bought a faulty pen and when I showed the owner he suggested I come back with proof. I did and then he changed his story and blamed it on me. He refuses to even exchange or do something else because once he saw the pen was faulty it was then my fault. (How does that even make sense, if you can’t afford to give me my money back just say that) Stupid asff, literally go to any other store in Sono and they are better."

NOT BEING OPEN WHEN YOURE SUPPOSED TO BE... if your hours say 8am online, there should be someone there at 730 getting ready to open ON TIME.. no wonder "mohegans" are popping up like mushrooms and doing so well.. do better.. anyone thinking about going here should walk half a block up and go to mohegan instead.. unlike this place they refund and exchange defective products.. something smokey DOES NOT.."
