Federally hemp is not regulated age wise and in Connecticut the consumer must not be under 18,not 21 , provided with proof of residency to purchase hemp. If you want stronger and better selection of hemp products go to a local cbd store that knows the law"
"This is the only place I go for vape equipment, they have a lot of flavors and stock. Also sell regular smoking supplies along with medical smoke supplies, water pipes, tobacco. The owner and staff are all really friendly and very helpful, they like to have repeat business and always try to help me as best they can.
