"Extremely unprofessional. Never showed up the first day despite confirming the morning of. Rescheduled for the next day and still never showed up. Lied about trying to contact me stating they came and no one answered so they gave up even before their time scheduled. I was home as I took off from work and was expecting their call and their arrival.. they flaked again and had the audacity to lie. After following up directly with their dispatcher their only response was “what do you want me to do about it??” with zero acknowledgement or apology for the inconvenience. Please do not give these people business, it’s very clear they don’t want to work."
