"If you're anywhere near this bike store I would HIGHLY recommend using them for all your bike needs. They are so incredibly friendly and helpful. I was making the jump to upgrade my triathlon bike but was having a hard time getting any store to help me out because of how specific those bikes can be. I went into River Bicycles and they were immediately knowledgeable about what I was looking for and said they would help. John found what I was looking for and immediately went and picked it up for me. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made me feel extremely well taken care of. The amount of heart and passion I saw from the owner Frank was astounding. We did a bike fitting once the bike was built and really tweaked it to my type of riding. Again, I was updated from start to finish on the whole process regularly and felt valued as their customer. Will only be going here for all future needs. Can't praise this shop enough!"

"Frank is a great mechanic who charges fairly and always makes sure that the job is done right. He doesn't try to up sell customers but focuses on giving great value and service. I'm an avid rider who has purchased bikes and a number of equipment upgrades from him and have never been disappointed. 12/12/20 Update- If I could give Frank more than 5 stars I would. I recently had my frame and fork refinished by the manufacturer. Frank handled the dismantling of my bike and shipping out to the manufacturer. While it was there he went over all components replaced and serviced everything and when the frame came pack, had it all put back together, thoroughly checked over and ready for me in 1-1/2 days! He is a perfectionist who makes sure everything is done perfectly."
