They’re extremely attentive—watching to see if someone has their hands full to offer a dressing room so the customer doesn’t have their hands full, asking if customers need recommendations, ready to shop with customers online if needed. I love this Lulu store!"

"Just a bad experience with an employee named Kayla at the greenwich store. I actually love the store and the clothes. I am a tennis instructor in Westchester and so is my husband so we have the instructor discount. Usually they let me use the discount when buying gifts for him - since he has the discount (especially during holidays). I understand the rule says that you can only use the discount if you are at the store. The nice lady who was at the cashier was explaining me that in a nice way. I asked her if there was any chance she could make an exception since it was a gift and I wanted to be a surprise. Kayla who was working on the cashier next to us jumped in the conversation with a super attitude “WHO LET YOU DO THAT? WHAT IS HER/HIS NAME?, THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT”. Anyways, I understand the rules and she just didn’t have to be rude about it. Totally ruined my experience with a brand that I love."
