"Miso ramen all the way! Wow. The broth is legit and the ramen was prepared perfectly. We had such a lovely experience even with our two young kids. They provided our kids with chopstick helpers and snacks while they waited. My kids said it was the best ramen they ever ate. I would have to agree!! What a lovely place to eat. So glad we stopped by!"
"Wouldn’t have gone for ramen in the area until we found this gem! Authentic, delicious, high quality food. Highly recommend!"
"You can drink all of this rich yet light soup. It is very refreshing after eating. I was very surprised by the chef's calculated ramen. Tanmar Ramen is a delicious ramen that is good for the body."
"Absolutely incredible. I haven't been able to get my hands on ramen this good since visiting Japan in 2020. Well worth a visit! Wouldn't recommend if you are picky or have a lot of dietary restrictions but the menu does have a vegan ramen option. Very authentic ramen bar where you can watch your food being made while chatting with the incredibly friendly staff. Will absolutely be visiting again."
"This was my first time visiting Tanma Ramen in Kingston, NY. Youko (a family friend of mine) is the business owner of this intriguing restaurant, and the miso ramen is by far my favorite along with a side of kimchi. Although I made a reservation ahead of time, I still forgive Youko for missing out on my reservation. Lesson learned: ALWAYS make a reservation beforehand. I like to give this place more than 10 out of 10. It's just what I highly recommend to anyone who would love to try some authentic Japanese ramen."
