"Im sorry i didnt check this feedback before i placed my order. VERY POOR SERVICE. I ordered a brand new high end badminton racket, only to receive wrong specs, no plastic seal and it being strung when i didnt order that. That being said, this company had the nerve to tell me that i damaged the racket because i returned without a seal, bare in mind i sent pictures thr same day of being delivered. Save yourself the time and energy."

The racket was damaged and used so I sent it back. They had the audacity to charge me -$40 on a $99 racket. Good thing I paid by credit card and by Amazon. They will have a strike against them in Amazon and have this review for all you to see. Update : seller has been harassing me to stop posting any reviews of their terrible customer service. Receiving a tennis racket with a paint chip in the throat of the racket apparently qualifies for a $40 restocking fee?? I don’t think so."
