"I am very disappointed with the service I received from this shop. I ordered a LIV bicycle online, but they have you choose an affiliate shop they send it to for assembly, which costs an extra $95, which I was ok paying if I'd had a quality experience. The day I went to pick it up they were busy building another bike, so I figured I'd be waiting a bit so they could wait on me to adjust my new bike to my fit. My mistake in assuming I guess, because they just rolled it over to me and that would have been it if I hadn't asked to have the seat raised so I could stop on the way home for a ride. Mistake #2, I'd forgotten to pack my tools. Mistake #3, I didn't ask to have them adjust it further, or walk me through fork adjustment, etc. They were busy. I know how to look stuff up. Today, I am trying to remove the pedals to put the ones I prefer on. I can't budge them, so I'm assuming there's no grease on them. I've chewed up two wrenches and can't budge them. And, yes, I know they go on and off in different directions for each side. And I watched a video as a reminder of which way they go to loosen each side. Very frustrated right now!"
