"Emily and her husband (I believe his name is Nate) went above and beyond to deliver the best customer service that I have ever received from a bike shop in eastern CT. They give you that small town feel since they seem to be on a first name basis with all their customers. I had them install a XT drivetrain on my hardtail and their prices were reasonable for the job. After getting the bike back I could tell they took pride in their work. They're not pushy with sales and only want to sell you what you want. I wish more bike shops operated the way they do. Things to keep in mind: 1.) Their location is now in Willington, CT. They're on a shared driveway with a few other businesses. Their building is the very small one to the right. I accidently drove past it the first time because there's no signs on that little building. 2.) They don't have official business hours but you can call/text their business number and they'll tell you what times they're going to be at the shop. 3.) They don't really have an inventory but they are a dealer for Norco, Specialized, and Cannondale bikes. However, I'm sure they'll probably help you with any brand as they are very up-to-date with the local MTB community and they have many connections to get other brands."

"This is definitely the best bike shop I have ever come across coming from someone who currently lives in Jersey and grew up in Brooklyn, NY. I took a 4 hour trip back and forth just to get the exact bike I wanted and brought along my friend for another trip who also purchased the bike he was looking for as well. Awesome bikes !!
