"Staff is very kind, they give you the instructions where to find the article you need. As Latina, I felt welcome and there was bilingual staff. And prices are great. This is my favorite store!"

"Kamara, was very nice and more than welling to guide me to the men's department. Upon standing in line to check out was a little fragile older woman. The cashier tried earnestly to try and give the lady a larger bonus discount. The more the cashier tried the more it became evident that the computer wouldn't allow the extra 10%. I tried to slip a $10 bill into her bag. She caught me and said "don't be silly" !!! The cashier did call the MOD and he couldn't override the discount. I felt so bad for YOUR CUSTOMER!! Mark G."

"I never ever EVER buy dresses but I was planning on finding one the other day. I found one, but it wasn't the right size! I asked this nice lady if she had one in an xl, and she said there was one somewhere. Her and another woman looked for awhile and couldn't find it. Eventually one of them found the xl dress and it was on clearance! What a great deal !! I wish Icould remember these two names, but I think they know who they are!! I appreciate you both so much!! You guys are the best and definitely deserve a raise or something!"

"Nancy at the Canton CT store went above and beyond to locate a dress I wanted. She searched the store for 20+ minutes and finally found the last one in stock! I am beyond grateful for such amazing customer service!!!"

"This is a good all around department store. It has men's, woman's and a children's section. They have many small kitchen appliances. There's a Sephora make-up department on site. They have a bedding and bathroom section. There are men's and womans dressing rooms. They even have an infant and baby's clothing department. It's all spread out over two floors. You can park and enter from the first or second floor. For men they carry a few lines of suits at different price points. There's a large woman's lingerie department as well. The staff was polite and very helpful. I'd highly reccomend this store over driving all the way to the Westfarms Mall."
