"Would give lower (if possible). Used to go there a lot while working (used to pass it on way home). Tonight, woman at counter extremely rude to all the customers. Got a dish I frequently got before S&S shrimp and fried rice. eally surprised by the cost. When I got home, she had given me white rice and the shrimp was so overcooked it didn't taste like shrimp. Never again."

"This place received a low rating because of the attitude of the staff ( especially the women that take the orders). They are not the friendliest. I have gone on several occasions and I always want to rescind my order. I'm always asked to pay prior to receiving my order but others are allowed to pay once their order is ready. I just don't agree with the tone and I definitely don't mesh with any of their personalities. The food is better than the quality of service. I just wished they would match. I have decided to no longer patronize this establishment."

"I ordered sesame chicken from this place and it didn’t even look or taste like chicken. It was soggy and fell apart very easily. It also tasted very weird and looked a big dark. It even had thick pieces of fat in it, which is unusual for chicken. Later that day I vomited uncontrollably. I am certain that it was definitely not chicken. The USDA needs to inspect this place. There have been multiple Chinese restaurants on Long Island that have been caught selling cat and dog meat instead of beef and chicken. This is disgusting!"

"i tried all the chinese take out places in glen cove and for some reason this place has the most expensive (around a dollar more, it's at 13.50 right now while other places have it below that) triple beef/shrimp/chicken chef specialty. price-wise, i didn't feel like i was getting anything more, especially volume wise. other places gave me more for a cheaper price and i felt full from every other place's except for this place's. i tried two other items as well on two other occasions, which were ok. i feel that for the price and location, there are better and more accessible places in town but otherwise it's alright. no red flags, so a 3/5 from me. quick service otherwise."
