Hazuki sushi

"I’ve been looking for a good sushi takeout place in the area after a few disappointing showings from other places. Hazuki did not disappoint and it will be my go to going forward. As you can see from the pictures, I got carried away and over ordered for my wife and I, but I got more for my money than most other places, especially for the quality. The fish was very fresh and very tasty. The fish still tasted fresh and had no issue the next day for lunch. Basic rolls were fairly priced, I loved the spicy scallop hand roll. The only thing that left something to be desired was the takoyaki, it was smaller and less saucey than I’ve had before and prefer. It still tastes good though. Make this your go to sushi place, I will be!"

"I like this place for the sushi and sashimi combo platter the most in Glen Cove. It is very simple and straight forward. No piece is overly dressed nor proceeded. The cuts are just right, thick enough for you to indulge a bit but not overly obsessed. Absolutely perfect for a minimalist like me. Besides the taste, I also like the arrangement. It is like a Maiko, an apprentice Geisha, so youthful and artful. The service is great as well. Those girls pay attention to details, such as opening the door for you, answering questions with a humble smile, etc. if they don't know the answers., they don't pretend. I am a fan despite the three slices lemon in my sushi and sashimi tray were not too Maiko. Lol! It is life, I kind of enjoying sometimes the imperfection of perfection. It is real. Thank you, the boss lady who helped me arrange my Uber Eats pickup yesterday. I will be back soon."

"Hazuki sushi restaurant, the best sushi place in whole Long Island for me. And I tried a lot of places. It's a family business, and everyone does that great job. Always welcome, and food is just delicious, I always try something new and have never been disappointed. This place has a great atmosphere ,then you always wanna come back. So I will highly recommend stopping at least 1 time, after that, you will come back again and again."

"Love this place! This is my go to sushi place around town. Sushi is fresh. I've been ordering here for 5+ years and they never disappoint. The dinner bento box comes with so much food. My picky Asian mom loves the salmon teriyaki bento box and says "good deal, good price fo so muchy." Dined in and also get delivery on my lazy days. I used to go to a place in Glen Head near me, but I drive an extra 10min just to eat here."
