"I just walked into the store looking for a pair of Nike sneakers that I had a really hard time finding and Nick was kind enough to help me get the sneakers online and work me through the whole process. "Recently I purchased a safe when I got home after unboxing 1/2 of the item I realized it was wrong I checked my receipt and was charged for the right item I was looking for but was brought out the wrong safe. I folded the box back around the item and taped it back up. Being it is a safe, it never really left the box. I put the safe back in the truck and brought it back. I go inside to get the right item and almost immediately was told it could not be returned... I looked at them like they were crazy you give me the wrong item, and there is nothing you can do? I opened the box and did nothing else but box it back up and bring it back. It should have been let's check the receipt and what you have and make it right one way or another. I shop here a lot for fishing and hunting stuff pretty often, so it was kind of surprising to get that reaction out of these people. Really I'm disappointed that they did this to me. In the end after multiple times going back and forth with management and associates, I got the safe that I wanted/needed."
