"Update on 09/26/2021 I still don’t have the missing item. The store didn’t plan to send me the missing shorts even they admitted in writing they sent it to the wrong person. That emailed showed our club ordered over $42,000 uniform from them. They forwarded me the wrong email. My soccer club manager keeps apologizing for this store’s rude action but the store still not fixes it! I wonder how much commissions they got from us. Apparently not enough to send the missing item to me even I paid the extra shipping and handling fee. These great reviews from others must be bots!! It’s a shame, there are so many good soccer stores in the states, our club hopefully won’t do business with this subpar store again. Updated on 09/21/2021 Received a very rude email from the “customer service”, the email said they sent my “missing item” to another person and asked me to get from him directly. First, I paid “extra shipping “ to send the entire order to me not to another person. So I still don’t have the missing item. second, the email said one month process order is a standard. I guess that’s how they do business. You wonder if they will stay in business much longer with this kind of customer service. 0 star!!! I was forced to give one star!!! Ordered on August 24, 2021 and received the order on September 18, 2021. There’s a missing item and my son’s soccer season starts less than an week!!!! There’s no customer service phone number and they don’t open on weekend! It’s very frustrating and annoying. If there’s no reply from the store, I will have to stop the credit card transaction!!! Terrible shopping experience!!! I will update later to see if they will ship me the missing item and if I will receive the missing item over a month again!!! Don’t shop with them!! You won’t receive everything you paid for!!!"
