"The clothing department is very messy and very difficult to find clothing in specific sizes.. particularly in the kids section. The other departments are slightly better. I understand that customers tend to move items around.. but this is not that. The few times I've gone to Burlington, it's been the same experience. Holidays, non holidays... all the same. It's as if no one works in any department. It's a real shame because I used to love this store‼️"

"So I read through the reviews others have posted and somehow for about a year now y’all have acknowledged multiple posts of customers complaining about how long the lines are & how there are only 2 cashiers.. and to date the situation remains the same.. make it make sense. Because honestly I’d rather drive down a block and go shop at Marshall’s instead of wasting my time waiting in an hour long line. It’s ridiculous & the holiday season hasn’t even started yet. I also find the lack of organization & general cleanliness of the store to be atrocious. Do better Burlington. You should consider redesigning the layout of the store & provide some customer training to all your associates. It may help you retain employees & lower your turnover."

Some items are all over. You can find brand names here..Overall if you are in a last minute need to get some travel items, come Here. Otherwise think it twice.. prices are reasonable."

"If you are a shopaholic, this is the place you should visit you can see almost everything here clothing toys bade crockery etc. Somehow they manage to sell most of the products almost 50 percent of their standard prices and rest are 30 to 40 percent less. Returns are also valid within 30 days. I must recommend, they have almost every brand product in their store."
