"My fiancé and I order food from here quite frequently, and usually we have no issue but last night was a different story. We ordered a general tsos combo and a sesame chicken combo along with steamed dumplings. The dumplings were fine. Our chicken was not only burnt and old, it was literally the same general tsos sauce on both instead of the peanut sauce, with sesame seeds thrown on top of one. The broccoli was so old it was wrinkled and dry. When I called to complain after throwing up after one bite, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude saying how it was impossible that I had those issues, basically discrediting every issue I had. When I asked for my money back, she would only give me a credit for our next experience there. Which honestly I will not be going back. Also when I say the charges on my card, and compared them to the menu they have posted online (again being told their menu isn’t online even though it is listed here lol) im basically berated by the same rude woman yet again. I don’t mind a price increase, but maybe they should not lie and blatantly treat their frequent flyers like absolute trash. Thanks for the food poisoning, lee sun. Your establishment is absolutely disgusting anyways. We use to order from you every other week, but not now. Really disrespectful staff, and really piss poor food. I’d rather eat the gum off of the bottom of my shoe than ever to return to this dump."
