I know how hard and difficult it is to make this dish, but if you own a restaurant there's no excuse. I will try them again in the future, but on another dish. "Hands down the best Puerto Rican Dominican Restaurant around! The prices are great, and the bacalao was cooked to perfection with the perfect blend of tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers. Other great dishes to try are oxtail, mondongo soup, beef with potato, and the octopus salad. The service was fantastic - the staff was attentive, friendly, and we were promptly served. If you're looking for an authentic atmosphere with flavorful dishes, fresh ingredients, and affordable prices, then this is the place for you!"
