"Delicious beans and rice and try a potato ball. Great service, great food, great atmosphere."
"The food was OK, BUT! The behavior was unacceptable. Publicly shaming me for asking for a bag in Spanish, "BOLSA"(which by the way, I AM ACTUAL SPANISH!!!!) but no, the mental dud along with some female sloth, was demanding me to say "funda". First, you foriegn idiots, try google and see that in proper Spanish bolsa is a BAG! And funda is something you cover an object with!!! The prices was insane, $45 for a meal for 2 and then the idiots want you to tip them at the register. Wow! Seriously! and some of the costumers are a crowd to be avoided, as some where pushing around at the order line like animals at a trough. $45 is a sit down restaurant with service, decent service. I absolutely will NEVER... NEVER eat here again. Oh, and then they had music playing as loud as they could. Unbelievable!!! I knew we should have gone to the Cracker Barrel and it would have been cheaper as well."
"If you’re Latino and you need a quick taste of Home at the Mall then look no further. This place has all the touches of classic Hispanic vibes. The food is cooked good and it will remind you of Abuela’s home."
"We had eaten here many times during last two years and even gave benefit of doubt after my partner and I got chicken instead or pernil for first time and we both got food poisoning horribly...my son ate a sandwich w lunch meat and he was fine. It was all we ate that day. We ordered pernil later on amd was fine....but yesterday we went just for some empanadias and dessert...i bit into my tres leches cake and the milk items were spoiled...i nearly puked...my husband opened his rice pudding and it was watery...all went in trash. The empanada was pretty good and fuller than most but thats the last time we ever eat there..well make the trip to PR Rest and bakery in Springfield. Sad that was the case though..staggs always been nice but 26 bucks for spoiled desserts...didnt even ask for refund nor bother to argue...wouldnt matter..spoiled food is a business killer and no trust after 2 bad experiences."
