"I got the Roni and sweet potato fries with cheese. I had delivery and I think they need better packaging or something. Pizza was a bit hard and cheese was cold. Fries were great! My bf likes his pizza with crunch. I might give them another chance by dining in but I’m not sure because the pizza is expensive. I won’t be eating any more slices of the pizza I ordered."

"Incredible - can't believe I'm still in MA- pizza. I can't get good pizza in the hill towns, and usually wait until I'm in New Haven to get my craving. Fat Tomato was a lucky find. And the tiramisu was top notch. Owner/Baker super nice and will return whenever I'm in vicinity to make my errands worth-it. Thank you!"

"Called at 11 when they opened on a Saturday. Was told the oven wasn't warm and to call back in 20 minutes. 1120 rolls around and I call back to place an order and the owner starts swearing at me for calling too early and is very rude. I told him nevermind, we'll order elsewhere after his rude comments and hang up. Shortly after hanging up I get a call back from the owner even more enraged. Allegedly, there may be some kind of Napoleon Complex going on with this guy, as his rude comments and physical threats towards me were completely out of the blue. I put it on speaker phone to let everyone at work listen to how out of hand this guy is. Fortunately I've had his pizza before, and its decent for Western, MA. However, in my opinion it is not good enough to deal with the owner's shortcomings and customer service skills."

"I have never had such a delicious piece of pizza in my life. The red sauce tastes like it was just made. You can actually taste how fresh it is. The crust is perfect. Everyone has to try Fat Tomato and you will see for yourself what i mean."

"The pizza is delicious but the owner has terrible customer service skills. I ordered via the app and was given a time of 7:17-7:32 for pick up and that I would receive a notification when it was ready. Previous times I have ordered and shown up before getting my notification and have waited. My pizza was sitting on a wire rack when I arrived at 7:40. He placed it in the box added more toppings and handed it to me. The box was cold. When I got home and opened the box the shredded cheese wasn’t even melted. My pizza was cold and when I called to ask if I made a mistake and ordered a cold pizza somehow. I was then told I was 15/20 min late picking up my pizza. He offered to make another one i said “i just want to know the proper temp to reheat it, I don’t want to have to drive back”. I stated that it was cold to the touch, it was 7:46 when I called. He then told me “oh come on, it’s not that cold, it’s probably been a half hour from the time you picked it up” that’s when I said thanks and hung up."
