"We've eaten at a number of Chili's over the years and always get our money's worth. I also tend not to review fast food restaurants. This particular Chili's distinguished themselves with the customer service they exhibited on a very busy, short handed night. That manager got the staff to buy into redoubled efforts and it showed. So if u find yourself in Costco plaza in W. SPRINGFIELD, MA, stop in and maybe you'll be rewarded with your own good experience. Oh! Foods good too."

"Ordered appetizer and dinner. Got appetizer timely waited over and hour and half for dinner and never got my food. Ended up walking out. Promised 3 times my food would be ready in a couple minutes. Told them to wrap it up after 20 minutes and food never came."

"We went on a Friday night. The place was packed. We waited about 20-30 minutes to get a seat. Half the drinks came out and they forgot one drink. The appetizers came out cold, the chips were good but salsa was very watery. The Buffalo chicken tenders had a good taste but were cold, wish they were crispier too. The food was okay, nothing to rave about. The ribs were mostly fat, chicken tenders good, the brisket Quesadilla wasn’t tasty. The fajitas were okay. I would only go back if there were no other places to eat. The waitress was very very nice which made it a better experience overall."

"The food super good. But to be honest whenever I go I notice two things. 1. the tablet and buttons all dirty and greasy. 2. Salt and pepper shakers with food residue. I always leave the review but I think they totally ignore it because it's getting worse. I like to eat from there but I think I'll start to avoid it. In a way it makes you think about what things are overlooked in the kitchen."

"When the hostess sat us she brought us to a table that had a pile of food on floor that was swept with the broom next it. I thought oh great this is going to be bad. We had to wait a little for our waitress as she needed to sit at a booth with another employee for a few minutes. While waiting we noticed a fruit fly. My husband got shrimp tacos and I got chicken fajitas. We both enjoyed our meals the food was surprisingly good after a ruff start. We did tell the manager about the fruit flies as we ended up with about 5. We payed with gift cards and the one thing I didn’t like was the waitress told us that we automatically had to take a tip out of the first gift card. We wanted to leave cash and I don’t like that we didn’t have that choice."
