Instead of her allowing the next person to help me she said it's only 1 person in front of her. I waited 20 mins and still no assistance. I've been going to Pupilo for over 15 years. They lost a customer today."

"I don't no where to begin. I had many years of great service with Pupilo Income Tax, until the accountant I used left, and I was assigned a kid to learn how to do taxes at my expense. The owner was present to assure me the new account was competent. They advised me to create a S-Corp, promised to help me set up a business checking account, only to get to this year and do not remember charging me a fee to file for the creation of my business. I was notified by NYS my business was dissolved without my consent by this account. I later found out the account is no longer with the business. At no time, the owner, has called to explain or apologize, who was present during every Zoom call when the account trainee was messing up my taxes. I recently received notices from NYS and IRS informing me I owe more money than the account who's no longer with the company quoted. I recently emailed the papers to Pupilo, and I'm yet to receive a response or explanation. The customer service is deplorable, especially to a long-term customer. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to have your taxes done. I'm adding to my review because the manager responds to emails calling me the wrong name. He responded to this email by asking me to call his office and it has literally put me in trouble with the IRS. I paid these ppl to file my business taxes and the IRS said that has not happened. This is really Terrible. I'm now forced to get an attorney because this is about the principle."
