"Do not get your taxes done by Lisa White she will take your documents as soon as you upload them and do your taxes without talking to you. Then, she will charge you to do an itemized deduction again without talking to you to go over possible deductions. All this while dodging questions that you send her and then when you finally show up to the original appointment when you were supposed to sit down to do your taxes, you will be told that she has left early even though you had an appontment with her. Come to find out, she only has degrees/certifications in customer service and nursing. Then, they will charge you $320 to even be able to look at the taxes that were done wrong before deciding to approve or reject them (I reject them). The lack of professionalism and transparency means I will never have my taxes done here again. You have been warned."
