Costco Gas Station

"Stopped in get gas and was pleased with the pump speed and having three in each lane."

"On September 6th I pulled my truck and RV trailer into the gas station. I got out of the truck and inserted my card. Then, the attendant in the booth cancelled my transacation. He said I needed to move my rv closer to the pumps. I explained to him that I needed to have room, so I wouldn't hit the pumps on my way out. He said cars couldn't get past my RV. Since my truck and RV are 51 feet long there was no one getting gas at any of the pumps behind me. After 45 minutes and making me jocky my trailer 1 foot closer, I finally got gas. What should have been a couple of minutes to fill a 36 gallon tank, the attendant caused a delay of almost an hour. The attendant cursed at my wife, threaten to "Sue" me because my wife took his picture. He told me to "Get gas somewhere else." He cursed at me through the speaker on the pump. Just for the record, I pull my RV through Costco gas stations all over the country. I have never had any attendant curse me out for being 1 foot to far from the pump. Most attendants help by watching the pumps while I negotiate the turns to get out of the station. The store manager came out and was very apologetic. While it is validation I was inconvienenced for no logical reason and this employee wasted my time and delayed my trip. The manager did not bring the employee over and make him apologize. I doubt there was any repremend of the employee because he was so willing to continue his rant knowing the store manager was listening. While I don't think he should be fired, he should be put on probation and trained more about customer service!"

"Best prices for sure! Always a line, but there are usually attendants who are trying to push the momentum forward."

"Always the best price around. Only self service that has a person monitoring. I've seen 3 prevent drive-offs while pump still in car. Distracted pumping!!"

"Lots of pumps so you almost never have to wait. Pumps are maintained well and the handle latch is always working so you don't have to hold the pump handle while you are refueling. Great price, my only beef is that they don't have a bucket and squeegee for window washing."
